Online Couples Therapy and Marriage Counselling
Your relationship deserves to feel fulfilling, safe, and full of love.
Supporting couples in finding security, intimacy, and lasting love.
You’ve Come to the Right Place
Ari’s sole focus is helping couples find their way back to each other. Whether you’re stuck in endless arguments, feeling more like roommates than partners, or carrying the weight of broken trust, he understands how painful it can be to feel disconnected from the person who matters most. That’s why Ari’s method of therapy is centered on creating a safe space where you can slow down, be heard, and begin to rebuild closeness; a new way to relate to your partner. The goal isn’t just to ‘fix problems,’ it’s to help you both feel secure, understood, and connected again.
Sometimes the patterns in a relationship feel too overwhelming to untangle on your own. That’s when it helps to talk with a dedicated specialist who understands what couples go through. As a therapist, Ari brings both experience and compassion to the process, not to judge or take sides, but to guide you in seeing each other more clearly. His role is to help you slow down, recognize the deeper emotions beneath the conflict, and find a way forward that feels secure and lasting.
Ari also works with individuals who are struggling with life decisions, big life changes like career change or breakups, and emotional issues. Learn More About Ari.

How Ari Can Help You:
Couples Counselling
Navigating relationship issues can be challenging. I offer support to help couples address conflicts, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. Please check out my Couples Therapy booking page for more info, or check out my more general Couples Therapy FAQ page. Using techniques from Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and the Gottman Method, I will work with you and your partner to explore the root causes of your relationship problems and develop strategies to resolve them, fostering mutual respect, consideration, and trust for a healthier partnership. Whether you are facing communication breakdowns, trust issues, or other challenges, I can help with practical solutions that help you and your partner move forward.

Existential Issues (Big Life Changes)
A lot of different issues can fall under the category of existential issues. From major breakups, to a search for meaning and purpose, to career changes or job loss, big life changes can sometimes come out of nowhere and create a trail of chaos in their wake. Just having someone who can support you and help you think through the problem can be a very valuable asset, and that is a big part of what I do with my clients.

Anxiety
One of the most common complaints that clients have when seeking therapy is an overwhelming sense of anxiety about their life. Thankfully, there are many evidence based approaches such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy that can help decrease this anxiety and increase your feeling of empowerment and competence. Sometimes, just having someone listen to you can have a powerfully calming effect as well. My goal is to help you regain control and live a more fulfilling life by addressing the root causes of your anxiety, and teaching you that you’re actually more brave and capable than you think you are.

Depression
Depression can make you feel hopeless, isolated, and lacking in the very energy that you need to get yourself out of its grip. I understand that depression can be one of the most difficult emotional challenges to kick, but I also believe that by looking at the deeper roots of the depressive symptoms, we can gain a more profound understanding of why these emotions exist and what they’re trying to tell us. Together, we will develop personalized treatment plans and effective coping techniques to alleviate symptoms and improve your well-being. More importantly, therapy can help you feel connected to someone who has genuine concern for you, so that you don’t have to face the weight of depression alone.
